What is the Mini Mavo?
The compact version of the Mavo handheld chopper, designed for garlic, herbs and smaller prep tasks.
How is it different from the Mavo Sauce Knife?
Mini Mavo is the compact version. Both are handheld choppers; the Mavo Sauce Knife is the larger one designed for sauces and fine chopping.
What does the warranty cover?
Götze products covered by the applicable warranty are protected by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. During the warranty period, Götze may repair or replace a product or defective part at no charge. The warranty does not cover problems or damage that do not result from defects in materials or workmanship.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, with their original tags and packaging.
Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method — with no restocking fee — within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
