These Terms govern your use of gotzeplus.com and your purchases from Götze LLC (“Götze,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Using our website

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t interfere with its operation or security, try to access our systems without permission, submit false information, or copy or exploit our content without permission. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated.

Products and prices

We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and prices accurate, but images may differ slightly from the actual product, and errors can happen. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. If an item was listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid. Taxes, duties or customs fees may apply depending on where you live.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email doesn’t guarantee acceptance — we may accept, reject or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud or incorrect address details. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount paid. You agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm you’re authorized to use your payment method. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Processing takes up to 2 business days; delivery typically takes about 5–7 business days in North America and 7–14 business days internationally, and you’ll receive tracking by email. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather and holidays. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. Please check your address carefully — we’re not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds and warranty

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

Götze products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. We may repair or replace a covered product or part at no charge. The warranty doesn’t cover problems that don’t result from such defects, such as misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or normal wear. To make a claim, email gotzeplus@gmail.com.

Safe use

Use our products only for their intended kitchen purpose and follow the instructions and warnings. Sharp tools — blades, scissors, peelers — should be handled carefully and kept away from children.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo, video or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant Götze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute it for marketing and business purposes. We may remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Götze name, logos, product names, photos, videos, text and designs — belongs to or is licensed to Götze LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, sell or commercially use it without our written permission, or use our branding to suggest an affiliation.

Third-party links and availability

The site may link to or integrate third-party services we don’t control, and we’re not responsible for them. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change or suspend any part of it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is,” and Götze LLC and its team and providers aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. You agree to indemnify Götze LLC against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of law or others’ rights. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

General

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated version. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and other published policies, are the entire agreement between you and Götze LLC.
